Sophie's homecoming

Today we gave my mom a cat for her birthday. The cat's name is Sophie and she is super sweet. We had a little pot luck lunch/dinner at my parents house to celebrate and ate a turkey cake. It was mmm, mmm, good. It was all very low key and laid back but it worked out great since we basically just threw it together with very little effort.
